The ISL91127 and ISL91127IR are cutting-edge buck-boost switching regulators designed to meet the needs of modern battery chemistries. Renesas' unique buck-boost algorithm ensures precise voltage regulation and high efficiency, making these regulators ideal for a wide range of applications. With a minimum continuous output current of 2A and a battery voltage range of 2.5V to 4.35V, these regulators are optimized for maximizing the energy utilization of advanced single-cell Li-ion battery chemistries. Their fully synchronous low ON-resistance, 4-switch architecture, and low quiescent current of only 30µA make them incredibly efficient under all load conditions
