ISL9120IIAZ-T General Description
The ISL9120IIAZ-T is a versatile buck-boost switching regulator that offers seamless transitions between buck and boost modes, ensuring minimal output disturbance. With automatic bypass functionality, the regulator can directly connect the input and output pins when the voltage difference is within a specified range. Additionally, the device can achieve up to 800mA of output current with high efficiency, thanks to its adaptive current limit PFM control architecture. This makes it ideal for various stand-alone applications that require a 3.3V fixed output voltage or adjustable output voltages using an external resistor divider
