Designed to meet the latest IMVP-7/VR12™ standards, the ISL95831CHRTZ offers a complete solution for microprocessor and graphic processor core power supply. It features two Voltage Regulators with three integrated gate drivers, providing unmatched flexibility for a wide range of applications. The integrated serial control bus streamlines communication with the CPU, delivering cost-effective and space-saving benefits compared to traditional two-chip approaches. With Intersil’s Robust Ripple Regulator (R3) technology™, the PWM modulator ensures faster transient settling time, variable switching frequency during load transients, and improved light load efficiency—making it a truly innovative solution. The product also supports DCR current sensing with single NTC thermistor for temperature compensation or accurate resistor current sensing, along with remote voltage sense, programmable VBOOT voltage, programmable IMAX, TMAX, adjustable switching frequency, OC protection and separate Power-Good. With its comprehensive features and reliable performance, the ISL95831CHRTZ is the go-to choice for demanding power supply applications
