ISLA118P50IRZ General Description
The ISLA118P50IRZ is an advanced analog-to-digital converter that offers high performance and low power consumption. With a maximum sample rate of 500MSPS, this converter is designed using Intersil's cutting-edge FemtoCharge™ technology, ensuring precise and efficient conversion of analog signals. The device features two integrated 250MSPS unit A/Ds that operate in a time-interleaved manner, allowing for seamless conversion at 500MSPS. The Intersil Interleave Engine (I2E) automatically optimizes offset, gain, and skew mismatches between the unit A/Ds, eliminating the need for external interleaving algorithms
