The ISLA214P13IRZ is an impressive addition to the family of low power, high-performance 14-bit analog-to-digital converters. With Renesas' innovative FemtoCharge™ technology integrated into a standard CMOS process, this series offers exceptional performance with sampling rates of up to 250MSPS. The versatility of the ISLA214P lies in its pin-compatible design, allowing for seamless integration with other A/Ds ranging from 12 to 16 bits and sample rates between 130MSPS and 500MSPS. The inclusion of a serial peripheral interface (SPI) port enhances configurability, enabling precise adjustments to parameters like gain and offset. Moreover, the choice between LVDS or CMOS digital output formats and selectable data rate configurations further enhances the adaptability of the ISLA214P for various applications
