ISLA222S12IR1Z General Description
The ISLA222S12IR1Z is a highly advanced, low-power, dual-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter that offers exceptional performance and flexibility. With FemtoCharge™ technology and support for sampling rates of up to 250MSPS, this converter is part of a family of pin-compatible ADCs that minimize power consumption while delivering state-of-the-art dynamic performance. What sets the ISLA222S apart is its highly configurable, JESD204B-compliant, high-speed serial output link, which offers data rates up to 4.375Gbps per lane and multiple packing modes. This allows for flexible receiver design and provides deterministic latency and multi-chip time alignment support to meet complex synchronization requirements. The SPI port enables extensive configurability of the JESD204B transmitter, including access to built-in test patterns, and control for additional features such as fine gain and offset adjustments of the ADC cores, and programmable clock divider for 2x and 4x harmonic clocking. Packaged in a space-saving 7mmx7mm 48 Ld QFN package with a thermal pad for improved thermal performance, the ISLA222S is specified for the full industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C)
