ISO7140CCDBQ General Description

The ISO7131, ISO7140, and ISO7141 devices are designed to provide exceptional galvanic isolation, ensuring up to 2500 VRMS for 1 minute according to UL standards and 4242 VPK as per VDE requirements. ISO7131 features three channels, including two forward and one reverse-direction channels, while ISO7140 and ISO7141 are quad-channel isolators with varying channel configurations. With the ability to achieve a maximum data rate of 50 Mbps with 5-V supplies and 40 Mbps with 3.3-V or 2.7-V supplies, these devices are equipped with integrated filters on the inputs to address noise-related issues in applications. The 'F' suffix indicates the default output state of the devices, distinguishing between high and low states
