These isolators deliver exceptional electromagnetic immunity and low emissions while consuming minimal power, making them suitable for isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel features a logic input and output buffer separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide insulation barrier. The enable pins allow for high impedance output and reduced power consumption in multi-master driving scenarios
