ISO7840DWR General Description
The ISO7840DWR is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator with a 8000-VPK isolation voltage. It offers reinforced isolation certifications according to VDE, CSA, CQC, and TUV, providing a reliable solution for applications requiring high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low-power consumption. This device is designed to isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, with each isolation channel featuring a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon-dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. Additionally, the enable pins allow for the respective outputs to be put in high impedance for multi-master driving applications, reducing power consumption
