The IXFN110N60P3 PolarP3™ HiPerFET™ sets a new standard in high-performance FETs within the 300V to 600V range. With a focus on enhancing efficiency and performance, this advanced FET boasts a high Figure of Merit (FOM) that leverages the multiplication of Qg and Rdson to outperform traditional super junction technologies. Thanks to its innovative design, customers can experience significant improvements, including a 12 percent decrease in on-state resistance (Rdson), a 14 percent reduction in gate charge (Qg), and an impressive 20 percent increase in maximum power dissipation (Pd). Additionally, the reduced chip thicknesses lead to lower thermal resistances, ultimately increasing the total power density of the device for enhanced performance in demanding applications
