With switching capabilities of up to 150 kHz for the 300V version and frequencies upwards of 200 kHz for the 600V and 1200V versions, these IGBTs offer power designers a versatile solution for a range of power conversion needs. The UIS rated devices are rugged and robust, making them suitable for a variety of challenging environments
