L5980TR General Description

This regulator is designed to be efficient and reliable, requiring only a minimal set of external components for operation. It features an internal 250 kHz switching frequency oscillator that can be externally adjusted up to 1 MHz for added flexibility. The VFQFPN8 package with an exposed pad helps in reducing thermal resistance down to approximately 60 °C/W, ensuring optimal performance even under demanding conditions
