LM2840XQMK/NOPB General Description
The LM2840XQMK/NOPB is a highly efficient PWM DC/DC buck regulator, designed for a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 42 V. This makes it suitable for various applications where power conditioning from unregulated sources is required. With a low RDSON internal switch, the LM2840XQMK/NOPB achieves a typical efficiency of 85%, ensuring optimal power conversion. The device operates at a fixed frequency of 550 kHz (X option) and 1.25 MHz (Y option), allowing for the use of small external components while minimizing output voltage ripple. Additionally, the LM2840XQMK/NOPB can implement soft start using the shutdown (SHDN) pin, allowing users to customize the soft-start time according to their specific application requirements
