LM335AZ/NOPB General Description
Designed for precision temperature sensing, the LM335AZ/NOPB is a 2-terminal zener with a breakdown voltage directly proportional to absolute temperature at a rate of 10 mV/°K. Its low dynamic impedance ensures consistent performance over a current range of 400 µA to 5 mA, with minimal variation. The LM335AZ/NOPB offers less than 1°C error over a 100°C temperature range when calibrated at 25°C, providing accurate and reliable temperature measurements
