LM5020MMX-1/NOPB General Description
The LM5020MMX-1/NOPB is a versatile PWM controller that is suitable for implementing single ended primary power converter topologies. Its current-mode control based output voltage regulation simplifies loop compensation design while providing excellent line feed-forward. The controller features a high-voltage start-up regulator that can operate over a wide input range of up to 100V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With high-speed capability, an oscillator frequency range of up to 1MHz, and total propagation delays of less than 100ns, the LM5020 offers exceptional performance for demanding power management systems. Additional features include an error amplifier, precision reference, line under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown, making it a reliable choice for high voltage applications
