With a voltage rating of 1700V and on-resistance of 750mOhm, this Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET offers superior performance for auxiliary power supplies. The product is available in three discrete packages, including the recent addition of a TO-268-2L option with enhanced clearance between the source and gate pins. Additionally, the TO-268-7L package features a separated source pin, effectively reducing parasitic source inductance and improving efficiency in high-power scenarios. With a maximum operating junction temperature of 175 ºC, the LSIC1MO170E0750 MOSFET is designed to deliver reliable, high-performance operation in demanding environments
