LT1764EQ-2.5 is a low dropout voltage regulator IC manufactured by Linear Technology, now part of Analog Devices. It is a member of the LT1764 series of voltage regulators and is designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 2.5 volts with a maximum output current of 3 amps.
