The LT4363HMS-2#TRPBF surge stopper is a reliable solution for protecting loads from high voltage transients. By regulating the output during an overvoltage event, this device effectively controls the gate of an external N-channel MOSFET to limit the output to a safe level, ensuring continued functionality of the connected loads. Additionally, the LT4363 monitors the voltage drop between the SNS and OUT pins to safeguard against overcurrent faults, with an internal amplifier limiting the voltage across the current sense resistor to 50mV
