One of the standout features of the LT8390A is its proprietary peak-buck peak-boost current mode control scheme, which enables adjustable and synchronizable operation at fixed frequencies ranging from 600kHz to 2MHz. For applications where electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a concern, the controller also offers the option of internal frequency modulation with a 25% triangle spread spectrum, helping to keep noise levels low and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
