LTC1605CSW General Description

LTC1605CSW is an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) produced by Linear Technology Corporation (now part of Analog Devices). It is a 16-bit, 100 kSPS (thousand samples per second) ADC with a differential input and a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V. The device is designed for high-precision applications, with a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB (least significant bit).
