LTC2945CUD-1#PBF General Description
Featuring a 12-bit ADC with 0.75% accuracy, the LTC2945CUD-1#PBF is capable of measuring load current, input voltage, and an auxiliary external voltage with precision. The device generates a 24-bit power value by digitally multiplying the measured load current and input voltage data, giving users a comprehensive overview of power consumption. With minimum and maximum value storage and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds, the need for constant software polling is minimized, allowing for more efficient monitoring of system performance. The standard I2C interface enables easy data reporting, while the shutdown mode reduces power consumption to just 20μA when the device is not in use
