The LTC4441IMSE#PBF is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET gate driver with the capability to deliver up to 6A of peak output current. It is specifically designed to handle high voltage applications, with a maximum supply voltage of 25V. Additionally, the chip features an adjustable linear regulator that allows for precise control of the gate drive voltage, which can be set anywhere between 5V and 8V.
