M24C64-FMC6TG General Description
The M24C64-FMC6TG is a versatile EEPROM that offers a capacity of 64-Kbit and is I2C-compatible. Its 8K x 8 bit configuration makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C, this EEPROM can function with varying supply voltages. The M24C64-W variant can operate with a supply voltage between 2.5V and 5.5V, while the M24C64-R can work with a supply voltage between 1.8V and 5.5V. The M24C64-F and M24C64-DF models have an even wider operating range, supporting supply voltages from 1.7V to 5.5V, with the M24C64-F capable of functioning as low as 1.6V under certain conditions. Additionally, the M24C64-D variation includes an identification page with 32 bytes, allowing users to store critical application parameters that can later be permanently locked in read-only mode for enhanced security
