MAX14914ATE+ General Description
The MAX14914ATE+ is a member of the MAX14914 family, offering advanced high-side/push-pull driver capabilities for industrial digital output (DO) and digital input (DI) applications. Compliant with IEC 61131-2 standards, this driver ensures seamless integration into industrial control systems. The adjustable high-side switch current, customizable from 135mA to 1.3A, provides flexibility in managing different load requirements. With a low on-resistance of 120mΩ at 125°C ambient temperature, the driver maximizes efficiency and minimizes power losses. The optional push-pull mode enables efficient cable driving and rapid discharge of load capacitance. The monitoring of output voltage via the DOI_LVL pin enhances safety features, making this driver suitable for critical industrial operations
