MAX14914BATE+ General Description
The MAX14914BATE+ is a versatile and reliable high-side/push-pull driver that offers both digital output and digital input functionality for industrial applications. With full compliance to IEC 61131-2 standards, this driver ensures reliable performance in both modes of operation. The adjustable high-side switch current, ranging from 135mA to 1.3A, provides flexibility for various load requirements. The low on-resistance of 120mΩ at high temperatures ensures efficient operation and minimal power loss. The optional push-pull feature allows for driving cables and quick discharge of load capacitance, making it ideal for dynamic applications. Additionally, the output voltage monitoring through the DOI_LVL pin enhances safety by providing real-time indication of the output status
