MAX15025AATB+ General Description
The MAX15025AATB+ is a powerful MOSFET gate driver that offers high-speed operation at frequencies up to 1MHz. With its capability to handle large capacitive loads, this driver is ideal for a wide range of applications. The MAX15024 and MAX15025 models feature internal source-and-sink output transistors, providing independent control over the external MOSFET's rise and fall time. The MAX15024 is a single gate driver that can handle peak currents of 8A and 4A for sinking and sourcing, respectively. On the other hand, the MAX15025 is a dual gate driver with peak current ratings of 4A and 2A for sinking and sourcing, respectively. Additionally, these gate drivers come equipped with an integrated adjustable LDO voltage regulator, allowing for precise control and optimization of the gate-drive amplitude
