By setting the voltages VCC and VL, users can establish logic-high levels for the device. A logic-low signal on one side of the device will be accurately reflected as a logic-low signal on the other side. Additionally, each I/O line is equipped with an internal pullup resistor to be driven by either push-pull or open-drain drivers
