MAX4598CWP General Description

II. The MAX4598CWP is a highly adaptable low-voltage, CMOS analog IC that functions as a configurable single-ended 8-to-1/differential 4-to-1 multiplexer. Not only can it switch input channels, but it can also toggle V+ and GND to the output channels for supply voltage monitoring. Operating within a wide voltage range, this device offers low on-resistance, TTL-compatible logic inputs, and the capability to handle rail-to-rail analog signals. With two modes of operation, it also ensures minimal off-leakage current and provides robust ESD protection of over 2kV per Method 3015.7
