MAX693CPE General Description
The MAX693CPE+ is part of the MAX690 family of supervisory circuits, which are essential components for microprocessor systems. These circuits streamline power supply monitoring and battery control functions by integrating features such as µP reset, backup-battery switchover, watchdog timer, CMOS RAM write protection, and power-failure warning into a single IC. By doing so, the MAX690 family reduces the complexity and component count required for these critical functions, ultimately improving system reliability and accuracy compared to using separate ICs or discrete components
