MAX965ESA+ General Description
The MAX965–MAX970 single/dual/quad micropower comparators are highly versatile devices with a range of features that make them ideal for diverse applications. With rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, fully specified single-supply operation down to +1.6V, and low power consumption of less than 5µA per comparator, these devices offer reliable and efficient performance. The open-drain outputs can be pulled beyond VCC to 6V (max) above ground, providing flexibility in circuit design. Moreover, their rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range makes these comparators suitable for ultra-low-voltage operation, expanding their potential uses in different electronic systems
