MC100EP90DTG General Description
The MC100EP90DTG is a versatile TRIPLE ECL TO LVPECL/PECL translator that offers seamless integration of differential LVECL or ECL signals with differential LVPECL or PECL output signals. With a VBB output for interfacing with single-ended LVECL or ECL signals, this device ensures smooth and efficient signal translation. When using a single-ended input, the VBB output should be connected to the D input and bypassed to ground with a 0.01 F capacitor, enabling the active signal to drive the D input effectively. It is important to note that the VBB output can only source/sink up to 0.5mA of current under single-ended input switching conditions, thus ensuring reliable performance
