MC100LVEP14DT General Description
The MC100LVEP14DT is a cutting-edge differential PECL/ECL 1:5 fanout buffer designed for the most demanding high-speed applications. With its impressive maximum data rate of 3.8GHz, this device is a powerhouse when it comes to communication and networking systems. Its differential input comes equipped with integrated 50-ohm termination resistors, eliminating the need for additional external components and streamlining system design. The five differential ECL outputs are ready to handle any task, each capable of driving 50-ohm transmission lines with ease
