MC33151DG General Description

Meet your driving needs for large capacitive loads with high slew rates using the MC34151/MC33151 dual inverting high speed drivers. These drivers are specifically engineered for applications where low current digital circuitry is required to power such loads. With their CMOS and LSTTL logic compatibility, these drivers offer low input current and input hysteresis for swift output switching that is not affected by input transition time. The two high current totem pole outputs make them perfect for driving power MOSFETs in applications including switching power supplies, dc to dc converters, capacitor charge pump voltage doublers/inverters, and motor controllers. Additionally, the inclusion of undervoltage lockout with hysteresis ensures consistent operation even at low supply voltages.
