The MC33063ADRJR and MC34063ADRJR are versatile and user-friendly ICs designed for creating simple DC-DC converters. With all the essential circuitry integrated into the devices, including a temperature-compensated reference, comparator, oscillator, PWM controller, driver, and high-current output switch, they require minimal external components to operate effectively in boost, buck, and inverting topologies. The MC33063ADRJR operates in a temperature range from –40°C to 85°C, while the MC34063ADRJR functions in a range from 0°C to 70°C
