MCP23008-E/P General Description
Boasting multiple 8-bit configuration registers, the MCP23X08 allows for easy configuration of input, output, and polarity settings. System masters can effortlessly toggle between input and output modes by simply adjusting the I/O configuration bits. The data for each input or output is stored in the corresponding register, while the Polarity Inversion register allows for quick inversion of the Input Port register
