MD1711FG-G-M931 General Description
As a specialized IC designed for medical ultrasound imaging and other high-performance applications, the MD1711FG-G-M931 serves as a two-channel, 5-level, high voltage and high-speed transmitter driver. Its advanced design includes low impedance MOSFET gate drivers and separate control logic inputs for channel A and channel B, ensuring precise control and reliable operation. Each channel is equipped with three pairs of MOSFET gate drivers, enabling the MD1711 to drive six TC6320s and seamlessly match their drive requirements. Additionally, the MD1711 features N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs capable of delivering peak currents of over 2.0amps, making it well-suited for demanding applications such as metal flaw detection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). With its versatile capabilities, the MD1711 provides the necessary performance and control for a wide range of specialized applications
