MIC23356-SAYFT-TR General Description

The MIC23356-SAYFT-TR is a high-efficiency, low-voltage input, 3A peak current synchronous step-down regulator. With its Constant-ON-Time (COT) control architecture and HyperLight Load™, this regulator provides exceptional efficiency at light loads while ensuring ultra-fast transient response. The I2C interface allows for easy programming of the output voltage with high resolution options, and the open-drain Power Good output facilitates voltage monitoring and sequencing. Its compatibility with the MIC23350 allows for easy application conversion, and its wide input voltage range and low currents make it ideal for single-cell Li-Ion battery-powered applications. The 100% duty cycle capability ensures low dropout operation, extending the operating range in portable systems. The MIC23356 is available in a thermally efficient, 16-Lead 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.55 mm thin FTQFN package, with an operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
