MIC2807-NNYML-TR General Description
The MIC2807 DC/DC converter is a highly optimized solution for powering power amplifiers in mobile phones with low noise and high efficiency. It features a unique constant frequency PWM design that ensures efficient operation while maintaining low noise performance. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.3V to the input voltage through a DAC input, providing flexibility in the application. Furthermore, the MIC2807 has a bypass mode where the input voltage node is shorted to the output voltage node through a 95mΩ switch, making it an ideal solution for mobile applications
