MIC4469YN General Description
The MIC4469YN is a versatile 4-output CMOS buffer/driver that offers enhanced flexibility and reliability compared to single and dual-output gate drivers. With a 2-input logic gate integrated into each driver, users have added options for customization. By consolidating four high-power drivers into a single package, the MIC4469YN not only improves system reliability but also helps reduce overall system costs. This driver is designed for various applications, from driving power MOSFETs to handling capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with ease. Clock lines, coaxial cables, and piezoelectric transducers are just a few examples of loads that can be efficiently driven by the MIC4469YN. Built using a BCD process, these gate drivers are robust and will not latch under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings. They can withstand noise spiking up to 5V on the ground line without damage. Additionally, the MIC4469YN can handle up to 0.5A of inductive kickback current into its outputs without any adverse effects
