MIC4605-2YMT-TR General Description
The MIC4605-2YMT-TR is a high-performance 85 V half-bridge MOSFET gate driver that incorporates advanced adaptive-dead-time and anti-shoot-through circuitry. These features enable the driver to actively monitor and minimize transition times between high-side and low-side MOSFETs, thereby maximizing power efficiency. With a wide operating supply range of 5.5 V to 16 V, the MIC4605 offers flexibility and efficiency, making it suitable for a broad range of applications, including battery-powered systems. Its adjustable gate drive further enhances power optimization by setting the gate drive voltage to VDD for optimal MOSFET RDS(ON), reducing power loss. The MIC4605 is available in both 8-pin SOIC and 10-pin TDFN packages, catering to various integration needs. Additionally, its operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C ensures reliable performance in diverse environments
