MIC842NYC5-TR General Description
The MIC841 and MIC842 voltage comparators from Micrel offer a reliable and precise solution for voltage monitoring applications. With an on-chip voltage reference, these micropower devices are designed to efficiently monitor voltage thresholds and switch outputs when those thresholds are crossed. The MIC842 features fixed internal hysteresis, requiring two external resistors to set the switching threshold voltage. In contrast, the MIC841 allows for user-adjustable hysteresis, requiring three external resistors to set upper and lower thresholds. With supply current as low as 1.5µA, these comparators are well-suited for portable devices where power efficiency is crucial
