MIMXRT1024DAG5A General Description
NXP Semiconductors' MIMXRT1024DAG5A microcontroller is a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M7 based device, featuring a high-performance core running at up to 500 MHz. With 1 MB of onboard flash memory and 256 KB of SRAM, the MIMXRT1024DAG5A is well-equipped to support complex applications. It also includes a flexible External Bus Interface (EBI) for connecting external memory devices and a comprehensive set of communication interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN, to facilitate connectivity in various embedded systems. In terms of security, the microcontroller incorporates a TrustZone security subsystem, a Cryptographic Acceleration and Assurance Module (CAAM), and a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) to ensure data integrity and confidentiality in critical applications.
