MPS6534 General Description
The MPS6534 is a versatile PNP BJT that finds widespread use in low-power switching and amplification applications. With a maximum collector current (IC) rating of 500mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) rating of -30V, this transistor is capable of handling moderate power levels.
