With its high-performance capabilities, the NC7S86L6X product serves as a single 2-Input high performance CMOS Exclusive-OR Gate. Utilizing advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication, it ensures high-speed and low-power circuit operation across a broad VCC range. The presence of ESD protection diodes offers added security for both inputs and output in relation to the VCC and GND rails. Furthermore, the well-buffered inputs and output guarantee high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate
