NCID9411R2 General Description

Introducing the NCID9411R2, a high-speed quad-channel digital isolator designed to facilitate isolated communications between systems. With a galvanically isolated output enable, this device eliminates ground loops and hazardous voltages, ensuring safe and reliable digital signal transmission. Utilizing ON Semiconductor's patented galvanic off-chip capacitor isolation technology and optimized IC design, the NCID9411R2 offers high insulation and noise immunity, characterized by exceptional common mode rejection and power supply rejection specifications. The use of a thick ceramic substrate results in capacitors with approximately 25 times the thickness of thin film on-chip capacitors and coreless transformers, enhancing electrical performance and reliability. In addition, the device features a >0.5mm insulator barrier, similar to traditional optocouplers, further enhancing safety and reliability. Housed in a 16-pin wide body small outline package, the NCID9411R2 is an ideal solution for applications requiring high-speed digital isolation
