NCP1239FD65R2G General Description
The NCP1239FD65R2G is a specialized current-mode controller that boasts the innovative Dynamic Self-Supply feature, streamlining the design of the auxiliary supply and Vcc capacitor. It operates within a wide supply range of up to 35 V and utilizes a jittered 65 or 100-kHz switching circuitry in peak current mode control. Notably, as the power on the secondary side decreases, the controller intelligently adjusts its switching frequency, reducing it to a minimum of 26 kHz. Furthermore, in scenarios of further power reduction, the controller transitions into skip cycle mode while effectively limiting the peak current, ensuring optimal efficiency during light load conditions. Additionally, the controller is equipped with a timer-based fault detection system, enabling the identification of overload, and features adjustable compensation to maintain maximum power regardless of the input voltage
