The NCP177BMX150TCG is a versatile Very Low Dropout Regulator designed to deliver up to 0.5 A of load current with exceptional output voltage accuracy of 0.8% at 25degC. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring precise voltage regulation, such as Li-ion battery powered products and post-regulation circuits. With an operating input voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V, the NCP177BMX150TCG offers flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of power sources
