NCP81270CMNTXG General Description
The NCP81270x is a high-performance single-phase regulator with an integrated power MOSFET driver, designed to operate at high switching frequencies of up to 600 kHz. This enables the use of small size inductors and capacitors. The controller utilizes onsemi’s patented high-performance RPM operation, maximizing transient response and facilitating smooth transitions between different operational modes. Additionally, the NCP81270x features an ultra-low offset current monitor amplifier with programmable offset compensation, ensuring high-accuracy current monitoring. This makes it well-suited for applications that demand precise current monitoring capabilities
