NCV51200MWTXG General Description
The NCP51200 is your go-to source/sink DDR termination regulator carefully designed for low input voltage and low-noise systems where space is a premium. Offering a fast transient response and requiring minimal output capacitance, the NCP51200 is the perfect solution for DDR VTT bus termination and other power needs. It also supports remote sensing and is well-suited for low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores with dynamically adjustable output voltages. Furthermore, the NCP51200 provides an open-drain PGOOD signal for quick output regulation monitoring and an EN signal for VTT discharge during S3 for DDR applications.
