NCV571SN09T1G General Description
The NCV571SN09T1G is a fixed low dropout linear voltage regulator that caters to the needs of handheld communication equipment and portable battery-powered applications. With a maximum voltage rail of 1.2V, this LDO is perfect for applications requiring low quiescent current, as it features an ultra-low quiescent current of 4.0uA. The device also includes current limit and over-temperature protection circuits, ensuring a reliable and safe operation. An added advantage is its compatibility with low-cost ceramic capacitors, requiring a minimum output capacitor of 0.1uF. Housed in either a TSOP 5 or 2x2.2mm DFN package, the NCP571 is available in standard voltage versions of 0.8V, 0.9V, 1.0V, and 1.2V. Additionally, custom voltage options may be available upon request, catering to specific application requirements. Whether for space-constrained designs or applications demanding extended battery life, the NCP571 offers a versatile solution for power management needs
